1. By registering on the coinminars.com platform, the User automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

5.2 Processing of Personal Data means the following operations: collection, storage, analysis, systematisation, use, updating, destruction of information received from the User.

5.3 Any information obtained from the User by employees of coinminars.com within the framework of this Agreement shall be deemed confidential.

5.4 coinminars.com undertakes to take appropriate and reasonable steps to prevent the transfer of the User's confidential information and personal data to any third party.

5.5. coinminars.com undertakes to ensure the safe storage and transfer of confidential information and personal data of Users. The transfer of data shall be conducted using cryptographic methods.

6.1 coinminars.com warns and the User confirms that they are fully aware of the possible financial risks of investing in cryptocurrency assets.

6.2. coinminars.com warns and the User confirms that coinminars.com, in the event of financial market turbulence beyond the control of coinminars.com that makes it impossible for coinminars.com to perform its obligations, does not guarantee the User's profit, is not responsible for possible losses of the User and is not responsible for the User's assets.
